Refund policy
goldn*daze will accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. This return period is strict and we will not accept returns after the 14 days are up.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale Returns: Any order placed using our Black Friday/Cyber Monday codes can be returned or exchanged for store credit only.
Holiday Returns: Any order placed from 11/23-12/25 has an extended return period up until 1/8. If the extended return period is used (if the return process is started 14 days after delivery), items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Holiday Sale Event Returns: Items purchased during any of our side-wide holiday sale events can be exchanged or returned with 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
Return Policy:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags attached
- Items that have makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted
- Swimwear is returnable with hygienic liner in tact and original tags attached
- Jewlery, scrunchies, masks and bodysuits are FINAL SALE
- Items in the Sale section are FINAL SALE
- Shipping costs are not refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
